Flotation-Mini: A 2.2-meter diameter barrel is filled with heavy medium to form a density of 2.0/3.0 in two compartments, separating and floating mixed metals such as copper, zinc, aluminum, and stainless steel according to their own density. Unlike large-scale flotation, this model is more suitable for customers with a monthly production capacity of 3000-4000T. Small flotation uses magic fast installation, which is convenient to install, occupies a small area, and consumes less energy.

 

The final separated product consists of three warehouses:

  1. Low density: magnesium alloys and other lightweight materials such as rubber, plastic, and wood;
  2. Medium density: Aluminum
  3. High density: high-density mixed non-ferrous metals such as copper and zinc.
  • Description

The equipment model is GFFX-08, with an hourly output ranging from 8 to 10 tons. In terms of site occupation, the land area should reach 450 square meters or more, and the corresponding supporting facilities should occupy about 1300 square meters to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.

From the perspective of energy consumption performance, the dielectric loss is 3 kilograms per ton, and the operating power is approximately 160 kilowatts. The main barrel diameter of the device is 2200 millimeters.
