1. The materials are fed to the screening equipment by forklifts/forklifts, which screen out materials of different specifications such as extra large (>80mm), large (35mm-80mm), medium (7mm-35mm), and small (<7mm), which is conducive to improving the sorting effect of subsequent processes. The screening equipment is equipped with dust removal equipment, and the incoming and outgoing materials do not generate dust.

2. After screening, the intermediate and large materials are fed into the washing hopper and enter the flotation equipment after washing. The sorting host is designed with a single barrel and double chambers. Due to the irregular shape of the oversized materials, they may get stuck in the transition material of the double chambers after entering the sorting host. They can be re crushed or manually selected. And small materials can be equipped with a 3mm small vibrating screen to recycle valuable metals above 3mm.

After the material enters the washing drum, the washing drum will use the backwashing effect of water pressure to wash out light floating substances such as mud powder, wood chips, and plastic from the material. The cleanliness of materials directly affects the sorting effect. After washing the drum with water, it is more conducive to sorting work and the sorting effect is better. The washing drum discharge is equipped with a high-frequency desliming screen to prevent mud and water from entering the flotation host.

4. The washed material is conveyed to the flotation host through a conveyor belt. The flotation host adopts an increase in liquid density to control the density of the first compartment of the flotation bucket at 2.1. Magnesium aluminum and heavy rubber are first floated out, and then independently passed through a vibrating desliming screen and a vibrating spray screen before being directly stored in the compartment; The density of the second compartment of the flotation bucket is controlled at 3.1, allowing the raw and mature aluminum to float to the vibrating screen. Heavy metals such as copper, zinc, and steel settle at the bottom of the bucket and are sent out of the vibrating screen using a scraper. In terms of density control, a self-developed density control system is adopted, which leads the industry in density control logic and technology to ensure flotation quality.

5. Medium removal and recycling: Multiple layers of vibrating screens are used for medium removal and spraying, ensuring sufficient vibration and cleaning of surface medium powder during the initial and prolonged use; Magnetic separation recovery adopts wet magnetic recovery of silicon iron powder, ensuring the recovery of silicon iron powder, increasing economic benefits while ensuring environmental protection.

6. Material drying: After flotation, the aluminum material is directly fed into the dryer, where it evaporates the moisture and enters the warehouse to ensure that there is no moisture adhering to the surface of the aluminum material.

7. Water treatment system: The total water volume of the water bucket is about 230m ³, the flotation water consumption is about 80m ³/h, and the sludge output of the filter press is 3.5T/time. The entire equipment does not discharge water externally. The circulating purified water tank ensures the cleanliness of the flotation water.

8. Eddy current separation: The magnesium aluminum and heavy rubber obtained from flotation can be separately separated by eddy current separation.

9. Positive and negative polishing machine: The aluminum obtained from flotation can be surface treated by a polishing machine to obtain polished aluminum. The polished aluminum removes the surface oxide layer of the material, which improves the efficiency of subsequent processes. The positive and negative polishing machine equipment achieves the polishing effect through the transmission of the motor chain, which causes the material to roll and generate friction and shaking.
