On the one hand, it can effectively improve the casting efficiency. Surface impurities and oxides are removed, and heat transfer during casting is no longer hindered. Aluminum can efficiently absorb heat and achieve rapid melting. Impurities originally slow down heat conduction, but after polishing treatment, aluminum comes into more complete contact with the heat source, improving the water yield of the casting process and making it smoother.
On the other hand, it can significantly reduce costs. Due to the reduction of impurities, the frequency of slag removal has significantly decreased. In the past, frequent slag removal during the casting of unpolished aluminum consumed a lot of manpower, material resources, and time. Nowadays, not only has this tedious process been reduced, but corresponding expenses have also been saved, saving considerable costs for enterprises and optimizing production efficiency.
