The eddy current garbage sorting machine is a non-magnetic metal sorting equipment developed by our company, mainly used for recycling non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum from industrial waste, household waste, etc. It can be widely used in environmental protection fields such as garbage treatment, dismantling and recycling of waste cars and appliances, as well as material processing in the non-ferrous metal processing industry.
This product has the characteristics of strong adaptability, easy maintenance, and high sorting efficiency, achieving good results in sorting various non-ferrous metals. Our company can design and produce separately according to user needs and actual on-site requirements to meet the requirements of different customers.
The eddy current separator is designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced currents in high-frequency alternating magnetic fields. When working, a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller. When conductive non-ferrous metals pass through the magnetic field, eddy currents are induced inside the non-ferrous metals. This eddy current itself generates a magnetic field in the opposite direction to the original magnetic field. The non-ferrous metals are then thrown forward along their transport direction due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field, thereby achieving separation from other non-metallic substances and achieving the purpose of sorting.
The non-ferrous metal sorting machine consists of two parts: the sorting machine theme and the control cabinet; The main body mainly consists of the selection assembly, drive motor, frame, and cover. The core components of the sorting assembly equipment consist of optional rollers and material conveying systems (including material conveying belts, conveyor belt driven rollers, and reduction motors).
